Our company is willing to provide users with various technical consultations, help users select the required products, and provide all technical indicators and performance, such as product samples, product manuals, etc.
After the contract is signed, our company welcomes users to send personnel to our company for supervision. Our company actively cooperates with the personnel sent by users to our company and provides convenience in work and life. Our company will pay attention to and improve the opinions on product manufacturing quality raised by the users' dispatched personnel.
When products are shipped to users, if the packaging is damaged or the products are damaged due to transportation reasons, our company will send personnel to assist users in negotiating with the transportation department for compensation, provide solutions, and actively send personnel for repair to the satisfaction of users.
When products are shipped to users, if there are problems with the quantity such as leakage, wrong supply, or short supply, our company will immediately send personnel to the site for service and processing after receiving the notice.
In the process of on-site inspection and installation, if product quality problems are found due to our company's responsibility, our company will reply within 24 hours after receiving the notice. For those who need to send personnel to handle them, we will immediately send personnel to the site for service. For those who do not need on-site service, we will act as a good consultant and provide solutions for users.
If, after confirmation by both parties, it is determined that the product quality problem is caused by our company's manufacturing reason, and cannot be used continuously, our company will be responsible for "three guarantees", namely repair, replacement, and return.
If there are disagreements or difficulties in determining the quality, it must be inspected by an authoritative institution. If the inspection results are determined to be unqualified, our company will bear all direct losses and expenses arising therefrom, including sampling fees, transportation fees, loading and unloading fees, and inspection fees.
According to the user's installation needs, our company can send personnel to guide the installation. The product quality guarantee period is one year, but for various quality problems that occur within one year, if it is indeed due to manufacturing reasons, our company will be responsible to the end.
