Tubing Installation
Install the tubing with connectors at both ends into the pump head. The tubing should be in the middle of the rollers.
Turn the lever clockwise by 180°, press the pressure block down into place, and complete the tubing installation
Rotary Adjustment
◆ Top Knob:
Adjusts the up and down movement of the pressure block. Turning the knob clockwise increases the tube gap, extending tubing life. Turning it counterclockwise reduces the tube gap, increasing outlet pressure suitable for viscous liquids.
◆ Bottom Knob:
Adjusts the tubing length for fine-tuning the flow rate and ensuring consistent flow between channels. Turning the knob clockwise tightens the tubing, reducing the flow rate; counterclockwise adjustment loosens the tubing, increasing the flow rate.External Signal Control
