    Single and dual-channel pump heads are optional, with 4-roller and 8-roller options. 4-roller pump heads have a slightly larger flow rate, while 8-roller pump heads have lower pulsation.

    Maximum speed of 100rpm and 300rpm are optional.

    Pump heads can be used in series.

    Phase Compensation Principle

    Two pump heads are connected in series, and the rollers of the front and rear pump heads are staggered. The rollers of the front pump head are located between the two rollers of the rear pump head.

    The inlet and outlet pipelines of the front and rear pump heads are connected by three-way connectors, and the liquid in the pipelines of the front and rear pump heads compensate each other.

    Liquid pulsation is greatly reduced, and flow accuracy is above ±0.5%.

    Pump Head Series Connection

    Press inward on both sides of the retaining clip to remove it → Insert the tube assembly → Reinstall the retaining clip

    Control Circuit

    15-speed adjustment with BCD coded switch

    The BCD coded switch is set to "0" for external signal control.

    Terminals 1 and 2 are the input terminals for RS485 communication control, 1 is positive, and 2 is negative.

    Terminals 3 and 4 are the external signal input terminals, 3 is positive, and 4 is negative. External signals include: 0-10KHz, 0-5V, 0-10V, 4-20mA, choose one.

    Terminals 5 and 7 control start and stop. Floating or open, the pump runs; closed, the pump stops.

    Terminals 6 and 7 control direction. Floating or open, the pump runs clockwise; closed, the pump runs counterclockwise.

    Terminals 8 and 9 are the power input terminals, 9 is positive, and 8 is negative. DC24V is recommended.
