Peristaltic Pump Head
Phase Compensation Principle
◆ The front roller is located between the two rollers of the rear pump head.
◆ The inlet and outlet pipelines of the front and rear pump heads are connected by three-way connectors, and the liquid in the pipelines of the front and rear pump heads compensate each other.
◆ Liquid pulsation is greatly reduced, flow accuracy is above ±0.5%
Tube Installation
Place the "Y" shaped tube naturally on the rollers.
Press the lever upwards, the clamp is pressed into place, the tube clamp reliably clamps the tube, and the tube installation is complete.
Control Circuit
◆ BCD coded switch 15-speed adjustment
◆ The BCD coded switch is set to "0" for external signal control.
◆ Terminals 1 and 2 are external signal input terminals, 1 is positive, and 2 is negative. External signals include: 0-10KHz, 0-5V, 0-10V, 4-20mA, RS485 communication control, any one can be selected.
◆ Terminals 3 and 5 control the start and stop. When floating or disconnected, the pump runs; when closed, the pump stops.
◆ Terminals 4 and 5 are for direction control. When floating or disconnected, the pump runs clockwise; when closed, the pump runs counterclockwise.
◆ 6 and 7 are the power input terminals, 7 is positive, and 6 is negative. It is recommended to use DC24V.
