    The MP series micro plunger pump is a precision dispensing pump independently developed by DICHUANG, with the primary function of delivering liquid media at a constant flow rate.

    This microplunger pump features exceptionally high dispensing precision and accuracy.

    Without compromising precision and accuracy, it boasts a service life of over 5 million cycles, making it a high-performance, low-cost, maintenance-free precision dispensing pump.

    Working Principle

    A stepper motor drives a lead screw, which in turn reciprocates the plunger within the pump head. This creates positive or negative pressure at the pump-head inlet, enabling fluid discharge or suction.
    Photoelectric sensors are used for zero-position detection to ensure precise positioning.
