◆ Dual-channel syringe pump specialized for electrospinning industry, with an integrated structure.
◆ It has excellent electromagnetic compatibility performance, ESD≥IV level (IEC 61000-4-2) and anti-interference performance.
◆ It can accommodate syringes (injectors) of different specifications. The micropump is suitable for high-precision, low-flow liquid transmission.
◆ Flow range: 0.831nl-150.5ml/min
◆ Syringe inner diameter input function: You can select the syringe from the list or directly input the syringe inner diameter.
◆ The micropump has a user-friendly interface: large-screen LCD display, digital knob and membrane buttons are used together, making operation simple and fast.
◆ 4 working modes: Infusion mode, Extraction mode, Extraction-infusion mode, Continuous mode.
◆ Power-off memory function: Saves the set parameters, and no re-setting is required after power-on.
◆ Traffic jam protection function: When the injection pump's propulsion mechanism is blocked during operation, the injection pump will stop the propulsion mechanism and issue a buzzer alarm.
◆ Using 485 communication bus, it can be connected to the host computer and controlled through the background software.
◆ External control interface: It has input/output control functions.
◆ Liquid volume calibration function: A more accurate flow rate can be obtained through the calibration program.
