YT15-13 is a single-channel, three-roller pump head with wide applications, while YT15-16 is a single-channel, six-roller pump head offering lower pulsation and higher precision.

The YT25 pump head can withstand higher pressure or negative pressure and can transfer liquids with higher viscosity.

    Tubing Installation

    Knob Adjustment

Upper knob: Adjusts the vertical movement of the pressure block. Rotating the knob clockwise increases the tube clamping gap, extending tubing lifespan; counter-clockwise rotation reduces the gap, increasing outlet pressure, suitable for viscous liquids.

Lower knob: Adjusts the tubing length to fine-tune the flow rate and ensure consistent flow between channels. Rotating the knob clockwise tightens the tubing, reducing flow; counter-clockwise rotation loosens the tubing, increasing flow.
